Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work: I will develop the project to your provided specifications. Any changes or additional features requested beyond our initial agreement may incur additional charges.

2. Payment: To initiate development, I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the plugin. You can make payments via PayPal, Card, or UPI.

3. Delivery: My aim is to deliver the completed plugin within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. I will promptly communicate any changes in the delivery schedule.

4. Revisions: I strive to accommodate small changes within the scope of our initial agreement, provided I have the time available. However, any significant revisions or additional features beyond our initial agreement may incur additional charges. I offer a limited number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

5. Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the rights to the developed plugin for use on your server. However, I retain the right to the code and showcase the plugin in my portfolio and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing. You shall not publish any projects on any platform unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Support and Maintenance: I provide two months of free support and maintenance following the delivery of the plugin. This includes bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additional support and maintenance can be provided at an additional cost.

7. Confidentiality: Any sensitive information shared during the development process will be kept confidential and used solely to complete the project.

8. Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the project at any time with written notice. In such cases, payment will be required for work completed up to the termination date.

Note: In the event of a breach of this agreement by either party, the aggrieved party reserves the right to terminate the provision of services and withhold support without liability. Any agreements or deals made before the adoption of these terms are subject to renegotiation and may no longer apply to the service provider.
